Appointments
Doctors Tim R. Meade, Jere B. Meade and Ryan P. Zolman are accepting new patients. Please call our office at 616-895-7199 to schedule an appointment, or click here to request an appointment. Once you make an appointment at our office, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you cannot keep your scheduled appointment time, call us with 24 hours notice to reschedule.
Emergency calls are welcomed and generally seen the same business day.
What to Bring to your First Appointment
To provide you with prompt dental treatment, please be sure to bring the following when you visit our practice for your initial visit:

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork. If you would like to complete your paperwork before your appointment, you may print and fill out the appropriate forms found below.
Insurance
We accept most dental insurance plans. Our office staff will file any necessary claims and work to get you the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your plan. If you have any questions about your insurance plan, feel free to call us so we can help you.

We deliver the finest care for your dental and overall health and strive to maintain our fees at the most reasonable levels.
Payment
Payment for dental care is required when services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and CareCredit®
